Office Manager - Staff Support

Due to continued growth and further business expansion, CFpromo/I29 Sports is hiring an experienced and seasoned Customer Service / Sales Support Agents to join our organization in our ORANGE CITY location. The position could be part time or full time. CFpromo/I29 Sports is one of the fastest growing distributors of custom sporting goods, technology and marketing products/services in the United States. We do business in more than 50 countries around the world and are business partners with nearly every member of the Fortune 500 list. We utilize a unique, fast-paced multi-channel sales model, utilizing direct sales, e-commerce, web, direct and indirect partnerships, OEM services and a host of additional business models. To be clear, this is NOT a bland call center sales model where scripts and ASA’s are the norm. We are looking for a support person who can excel in our fast-paced and dynamic business model.

Qualified applicants will be utilizing a number of systems, applications, and processes to help our internal and field sales teams achieve maximize revenue and growth for the appropriate business unit. This role is responsible for all supporting all sales and customer activities, from initial client interaction through close and delivery of an order. Our customer support team partners with other departments to ensure world-class customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long term account goals in line with the company vision and values. Our customer support roles are extremely productive, and are proficient in building relationships and solving complex challenges over the phone and via e-mail, with varied client types; from individual consumers to Fortune 500 businesses.

Requirements include:

  • Professionally communicate with customer and supplier representatives to obtain data and resolve questions or concerns.
  • Researches and documents all information that may be required to complete a customer request.
  • Obtains pricing for materials and components if needed by an account executive.
  • Handling changes in sales order and communicating changes with the related departments.
  • Coordinating with multiple departments for status on orders from relevant suppliers ensuring the delivery commitment to clients.
  • Serve as internal sales support for pre-defined territory locations or sales person{s) to achieve or exceed assigned sales goal
  • Work closely with the internal team members and outside sales force to insure high customer satisfaction, to drive territory coverage and maintain high customer experience levels.
  • Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery
  • Communicate changes in schedules to all relevant parties
  • Fill requests for catalogs, information or samples for inside or outside account executives.
  • Setup and maintain customer information as needed.

Additional Duties include:

  • Ability to self-start and work as part of a team.
  • Organized, self-disciplined and professional in demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Experience in the custom marketing/promotional products industry is desirable.
  • Perform basic data entry and tracking of all orders under your responsibility.
  • Strong computer skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
